1) showers/pampering time
2) exercise/yoga (definitely would do better if I did this more often)
3) sleep/naps
4) journaling
5) time by myself, even if I&#039;m just cleaning
6) exploring sources of inspiration
7) having a balance between work &amp; fun --soooo hard
8) nurturing important relationships</description>
