The most unfair thing happened to me on Thursday night. I went to bed around 10:30, but I couldn’t get past a doze all night long. Even worse, I had dreams about chronic insomnia and not being able to sleep on and off all night long. I even dreamed about blogging about not being able to sleep. So here I am, blogging about it.
Anyone who knows me will tell you, I have weird, weird dreams. That’s obvious enough.
So on Friday morning I was wasted. Not literally, of course, just very much on edge and unable to focus on more than one thing at a time. From the moment I rolled out of bed, I wished I could climb right back in and start over.
Hey Dede! There was an article in Real Simple this month about various sleep problems and what you might be able to do to help. I looked for the equivalent article on the web but didn’t find it… Don’t worry, I don’t think you will become an insomniac. Here I am in the middle of the night, unable to sleep, so I thought I’d do some easy reading. 🙂 Hope tomorrow is not “static.”
