Change is Gonna Come

We’re finally enjoying a season of beautiful, sunny Fall days here in Central Arkansas. This is my favorite time of year and why I love Fall so much – not the wet season that was October.

Oh, so much to share and not sure where to begin… !

The change in seasons is bringing change for Chris and me, too. We’ve decided to move to Nashville in January. Rather than selling our house, we’ve decided to keep it on as a rental. ($1150 for almost 1700 square feet, beautiful fenced backyard with a garden – takers, anyone?)

We are selling my car. I fill it up about once a month now, so it has become clear that we simply don’t need it. We may need another car in a year or so, but we’ve decided it would be best to sell mine since we’re not “under” it, direct the payments to Chris’ car, and then lease a vehicle when our circumstances change, if and when we do need a second car.

And, last but not least, I am applying to graduate school. First step is to get a GMAT appointment booked and get the preparation materials so I can begin studying. I need to start applying to schools soon, and I can only do that if I have my GMAT score in hand.

Scary, scary stuff, but good all the same. How are all of you?
