Our lease is almost up for our apartment in Bellevue, so we’ve been house hunting like mad. Chris and I have been driving through neighborhoods and talking with property management companies at every opportunity. I’ve even been desperate enough to check Craigslist again.
I had some downtime with my projects today, so I went and checked out four potential homes. I’m still learning the city and ended up driving from one side to the other and back again. This is where I went today:
We would really love to be near I-65 and Wedgewood or near Belmont and the 12 South District, but those houses are hard to come by. When they do become available, they are snapped up quickly and for a premium price. We have six weeks still to go, with fingers crossed.
