I don’t want to let today end without giving thanks.
Chris, Mackenzie, and I are at Chris’s parents house to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday. Grandma Wilcox, David, and Heidi are here, too.
I have a wonderful husband, and I’m so thankful for my extended family and my in-laws. I truly couldn’t be more blessed.
My mom and brothers and sisters are so wonderful, too. This year we are separated by miles, but my heart is warmed by memories of Thanksgivings spent together in the past. I hope that we are able to celebrate again together soon.
This year, I’m thankful for Mackenzie most of all. She has changed me, and being her mom brings me more joy each day than I ever thought possible.
