Chris re-built Mackenzie’s garden box on Sunday night and created a little arrangement for her that we call “Mackenzie’s garden.” She had so much putting the dirt in the boxes and planting them up. She even picked out the orange tomato cage.
Mackenzie is becoming quite the expert gardener. Coincidentally, this month’s focus at Holly Tree is “Digging in the Dirt.” She’s getting lots of practice, at home and at school!
Don’t worry – if you need someone to help you with your garden, Mackenzie will be glad to help out. She knows just what to do.
First things first — you need the right tools!
If your Mom’s gloves are too big, it’s okay — you can take them off.
And when the work is done, don’t forget to take some pictures!
