Hello, friends! I hope you had a wonderful Father’s Day weekend and took time to celebrate the men who have made a positive difference in your life – sometimes they are fathers, and sometimes they are brothers and uncles and family friends who step up and make an impact that is so often under-estimated. I’m so incredibly thankful for Chris, but also for the other men who have influenced my life for the better.
Last night for dinner Mackenzie and I took Chris to Rolf and Daughters, and it was amazing. So, so good.

Friday, June 21 – Roasted Garlicky Shrimp with Yellow Squash
Saturday, June 22 – Grilled Beef Burgers with Avocado & Red Onion
