We’re gradually making progress on our NYC vacation plans. We booked our hotel last night at a new hotel in Brooklyn that just opened last week. Ironically, it’s called Nu Hotel Brooklyn. I’m very excited about it. It has a very modern and eco-friendly vibe. I found a website called brooklynnow.com/bococa that lists all kinds of delicious restaurants, spas, shops, and local theatre events within the surrounding neighborhood. Should be fun!
(Joel – if/when you read this – you should know that every time I check out a website or review a menu, I think, “Is this something Joel would do if he were visiting New York?” … and other things about how NOT to be a tourist. You are such an adventurist, and I admire your free spirit!)
Geez, we leave in 8 days! Can’t wait!
