Today I begin the first day of summer classes… and officially my last summer semester. It feels so good to say that.
I was marking off courses on the checklist my advisor sent in January, and I noticed that I’ve fulfilled the requirements for one course twice. The English Lit course I took in Fall 07 was also not on the list, which means that I don’t have to complete an extra semester just for elective requirements. Praise God!
I registered for two classes this fall and emailed my advisor for clearance to complete the Senior Research Project. I do have one prayer request – I need to take Managerial Accounting & Finance, and it is not available this fall. Please pray for favor that I’ll either be allowed to substitute a course or that they will make it available for other graduating seniors.
But if all goes well… I’ll be graduating with my B.S. in Organizational Leadership and Management this December! That’s just seven months from now. I can hardly believe it!
Thanks to my husband Chris and to so many of you for all of the prayers and encouragement these last several years while I’ve worked to achieve this dream. I couldn’t do it without you.
