One of my favorite things about Mackenzie’s room is that it is filled with gifts from people who already love her and can’t wait to welcome her into the world. Some of them are handmade, and some of them are gifts chosen specifically for Mackenzie or passed down from past generations.
When we were in Arkansas last month, my dear friend Julia Hefner gave us these beautiful paintings for Mackenzie’s nursery. Are they lovely? She painted them to match the room color and the fabric we chose for the crib bedding. (My mom found the cute little lamb for Mackenzie when she was here for the Fourth of July. So cute!)
