On Monday night while we were getting dinner ready, Chris took Mackenzie outside to play and water the plants. I came out to get them, but Chris mentioned that Mackenzie hadn’t had her turn to play in the water yet.
Oh, my, well, we can’t let that happen. 🙂
Flipping through these pictures makes me think of this song all over again. Here are the opening lyrics:
I was a little girl
Alone in my little world
Who dreamed of a little home for me.
I played pretend between the trees,
And fed my houseguests bark and leaves,
And laughed in my pretty bed of green.I had a dream
That I could fly
From the highest swing.
I had a dream.
I actually took these pictures myself, on Chris’ Nikon with his 50mm lens. These are unedited — a little bit dark, but not too bad. I am quite proud of myself. 🙂
